Los Angeles – January 8, 2018 —PromaxBDA, the global trade association of the entertainment marketing and design industry, announced today the appointment of Jennifer Ball as Head of Marketing, effective immediately. She will report to Steve Kazanjian, President and CEO of PromaxBDA.

Ball will lead the development of PromaxBDA’s marketing and brand vision. The global association represents more than 10,000 entertainment promotion, marketing, and design professionals and companies. In this newly created role, she will also forge strategic partnerships with emerging content and digital companies, whose marketing and design teams are helping define best practices for this rapidly evolving industry.

"She is recognized in the industry for building high performing teams and developing strategies that accelerate growth for entertainment brands and their partners. Ball has a distinguished career of more than 20 years working for top entertainment brands. She joins PromaxBDA from Univision Communications, Inc., where she served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Content Partnerships. In her role, she helped transform the company from 3 Spanish language networks into a unique portfolio of digital and linear services. Prior to joining UCI in 2009, Ball oversaw content marketing at A+E Networks as Vice President of Distribution Marketing.

She has also chaired the CTAM Mark Awards Committee and completed the prestigious and highly-regarded Betsy Magness Leadership Program.
