How do I know if I’m logged in?

When you look at the top of your schedule there will be a little graphic of a ticket. If you do not see this, you will have to log-in using the processes detailed below.

How do I join a session?

  1. On the Schedule Page, select a session and click the “Broadcast” button under the session-title.
  2. If you haven’t already, you’ll be required to “Login” with the email address used to register your ticket.

  4. Once you click “Login” a new page will open asking for the email address used to register your ticket.

  6. From there, click on the link that you get in your email and you will automatically be logged in. NOTE: Your ticket only allows access for one viewer to log-in. If you share the email with anyone else, they will takeover viewing privileges, locking you out of the system.

Will the Virtual Experience Sessions be recorded?

Yes, most sessions are being recorded. Some may be available as soon as the session ends and others may take until the end of the day. The Ask Me Anything sessions may not be available on-demand.

Already tried logging in, but still having issues?

We’d recommend clearing your cache and history and then trying again.

What are the system requirements to join a session?

You can check if your system can use the Promax Virtual Experience with our Quick Tech Check.

  • Windows 7 and above, running Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported
  • MacOS 10.9 or later, running Chrome and Firefox. Safari not supported
  • iPhone 5S or later, running iOS 11 and up
  • Android 4.0 or later, running Chrome

The sound is coming out of a different device than I want - what can I do?

To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones, and AirPlay), click the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices should be used.

The output device I want to use isn't showing up - how can I fix this?

First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and re-connecting your physical headphones or toggling bluetooth on and off.

If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker 🔊 icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change the output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences > Sound to choose your output devices.

My devices are connected properly, but I can't hear anything!

Where is Promax Station Summit?

Promax Station Summit was originally scheduled to be in Las Vegas at the Mirage hotel. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 health crisis, we are now holding Promax Station Summit as a virtual conference.

How does Promax Station Summit going virtual impact for my registration?

If you have already purchased your pass for the Station Summit, your registration is valid for the complete digital experience. As a non-profit organization, your registration fee goes directly back into the association, towards content, programs, career development opportunities along with supporting Promax’s year-round planning of events and offerings. As such, refunds are based on our attendee policy. You are welcome to transfer your registration to 2021. Please contact for more information.

What will be offered during the virtual Promax Station Summit?

We are in the process of finalizing the content schedule, but you can expect the same level of engaging sessions, conversations and insights that you enjoy at our annual conferences, along with exciting new offerings like our virtual masterclasses, private “Ask Me Anything” sessions with industry leaders, networking hours, and a whole lot more. How can I purchase a conference pass?

You can click here to pre-register your interest in the virtual conference. A valid 2020 Promax membership is required to attend the conference. Please contact for more information on joining Promax or renewing your membership. If you’ve already purchased a conference pass for the physical 2020 Promax Station Summit, it will be valid for the virtual experience.

Can I order my pass now and pay for it later?

Yes, you may purchase your conference pass via invoice. You will be able to attend the conference provided that you pay your invoice prior to arriving at the conference. Promax reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who has an outstanding balance on a conference invoice.

Can I buy a pass now and choose the name of the person who will use it later?

We require that all passes be attributed to an attendee at the time of purchase. If you would like to purchase a pass but have not yet determined who will use it, please contact Aurelio Farrell at or Anush Payaslyan at for further assistance.

All registration fees for Promax Station Summit are in USD $. The following forms of payment accepted: a valid major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). We also accept payment via invoice. All fees must be received prior to the event or paid onsite before a badge will be issued. Please contact for more information.

Will I receive confirmation of my conference registration?

Yes, after you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please contact so we can send you another confirmation email.

I am a member of the press? May I apply for a press pass?

Promax invites working journalists representing accredited media outlets to apply for credentials to cover our conferences. Qualifications of all media outlets will be determined by Promax, and the association reserves the right to revoke credentials at any time. Press credentials do not guarantee admission to all sessions, programs, events, and parties associated with a conference.

Employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity will not qualify for a press credential including: Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Publishers, Managers, Marketing, PR, Sales, and Senior Level Managerial staff.

Employees of creative agencies engaged in blogging to promote their company’s work, clients, and activities will not qualify for a press credential. Publicists and personal representatives of confirmed speakers at a Promax conference should speak with their contact on the Speaker Management Team to discuss admission to the conference.

To apply for a press credential: please email with the following:

  • A bylined entertainment marketing and design-related article from your publication written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of the publication and your byline).
  • Freelance journalists: please also send a letter from your editor on publication letterhead stating that you will be attending a Promax conference on assignment.

What is the Promax photo and video policy for conferences?

Promax International/BPME sometimes d.b.a. Promax, PromaxBDA, or Promax/BDA (“Promax”) reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, satellite, cable, internet, and any other means of distribution. Promax also reserves the right to capture photographic images and video footage during the conference and all associated events and use them for promotional purposes. By entering the conference venues, including the main session site, and all official party and networking sites, you agree to be filmed, photographed and recorded. You also agree that all material captured by Promax may be used by Promax and its partners for promotional purposes, worldwide, without any further consent, and without any compensation.
